These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the language shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CalcBit regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
